Marc founded Quest in 1997. Previously he worked as an Economist and Policy Analyst for the government of Ontario's Office of Economic Policy. He enjoys cooking, politics and hockey.He has B.A. Economics, B.A Political Science and M.A. Political Economy.

JongMi joined Quest in 2004. She graduated from the University of Waseda with B.A in Lingusitics. She has travelled to numerous countries, enjoys going to the gym and is a an avid dancer in modern, jazz and ballet styles.
